Hello. I'm Gareth Boot, a Wellbeing Coach based in West Yorkshire.


Now in my 50s, I am the happiest and healthiest I have ever been in my adult life.


But this was not always the case. In 2014, my life was a mess.

Despite running a successful business, I felt lost,

was unhealthy, deeply unhappy and killing myself with an alcohol addiction.


Then, on the 20th of July 2014, I discovered a way to turn it all around.


In a few short months, I had my clarity back, overcame my alcohol addiction, and was healthy and happy again.


My life was truly transformed, and I have never looked back.
