I'm Gareth Boot. In 2014 I hit rock bottom.

Stress, pressure and alcohol addiction had taken over. I had nothing left. Rebuilding wasn't quick or easy — but it was possible.

What I discovered during that time was simple. People don't have a motivation problem. They have a consistency problem. We know what we should do. We just don't do it every day.

That's why I created The 12 Habits Programme. Twelve habits. 365 daily lessons. One year to build the consistency that changes everything.
