In 2016, after rebuilding my life from rock bottom, I published Taking CARE Of Yourself, a personal development book that introduced The CARE System®.

The CARE System® is the framework I created to overcome burnout, addiction, and the challenges that nearly destroyed me. It's built on four essentials:
